For this year 2021 NDP, Ms Felicia Gan, CEO of Ghim Li Group was awarded the Public Service Medal for her and her group’s dedicated contributions during the covid outbreak last year.

Since the Covid outbreak in Singapore last year, Ghim Li had witnessed the impact of mask shortage in the market due to Covid and stood forward to support our government in the national community mask distribution programme.

The reusable masks like “ULTRAMask” and “ULTRAGuard” were products of this exercise.
